Health System Services was founded in 1996. At the time of its inception, HSS focused solely on Medicare Part B reimbursement for long term care facilities in the eight counties of Western New York. As the company’s reputation grew for excellent customer service and expert reimbursement, HSS expanded its coverage area to the neighboring states and currently serves facilities throughout the east coast. In 2002 HSS made the commitment to the Western New York Health Care community to provide personalized Home Medical Equipment. HSS is a full time supplier providing everything from Respiratory Programs to Mobility products. In mid 2005, HSS, determined to reduce injuries to patients and their health care workers, introduced its own Injury Prevention Program for long term and acute care settings.

We believe our first responsibility is to the aged and to the health care facilities we serve. Our knowledge of the marketplace and determination to find the most efficient and effective means to serve our clients will enable us to grow and succeed in the ever-changing health care arena.
