We recently received a safety notice letter from ResMed, the manufacturer of select CPAP/BIPAP masks that we carry.

The notice ONLY APPLIES TO YOU IF:

• You or someone in close proximity to you while sleeping has an IMPLANTED MEDICAL DEVICE (i.e. pacemaker, cardioverter defibrillator, neurostimulator, insulin pumps, etc. See link below for complete list).

AND

• Your mask has magnetic headgear clips.

If you received a call, text or email pertaining to this notice, our records indicate you have purchased such a mask within the past year. To verify that the mask you are currently using is included in this safety notice, please see the mask models listed on the link below.

IF THIS NOTICE APPLIES TO YOU, please complete the Exchange Request Form on the link below. We will verify the need for a replacement and arrange for one to be sent to you.

This will be the fastest way to reach us and result in the quickest turnaround time for a replacement mask. So we can focus our attention on customers who truly need a new mask, please refrain from contacting us before reading the letter (linked below) and determining that you are, in fact, affected by this safety notice.
